Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Build a Sales Career. Earn $100K+. Help Build Our New Door-to-Door Team.

Location: Enderby, BC
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Compensation: Base pay (minimum wage) + commission
On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ per year

We’re Building a Door-to-Door Sales Team

Farrow Built is expanding and building a high-performance door-to-door sales team to help homeowners identify roofing issues and schedule professional roof assessments.

This is an opportunity to get in early, develop your sales skills, and grow into leadership as our team expands.

Top performers will have opportunities to lead door-to-door teams, move into sales roles, or grow into management positions.

What You’ll Do

Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods
Introduce Farrow Built roofing services to homeowners
Identify homeowners who may benefit from a roof inspection
Schedule roof assessment appointments for inspectors
Track leads and appointments using CRM tools
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the field
Consistently hit activity goals

Daily Performance Targets

Knock 100 doors per day
Set 10 roof assessment appointments per day

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

Strong communication skills
Resilience and comfort with rejection
High energy and self-motivation
Competitive mindset and goal orientation
Ability to stay consistent and disciplined
Comfort speaking with homeowners

Experience

Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred
Sales or customer service experience beneficial
Experience leading a canvassing team is a major plus
Roofing or construction knowledge helpful but not required
Driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk long distances throughout the day
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
Able to maintain a high activity level during an 8-hour shift
