Auto Insurance Advisor Opportunity

Location: 140 Alexander St NE, Salmon Arm, BC, V1E 4R7

Job Summary

Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available at our office in Salmon Arm for a Licensed Auto Insurance Advisor. If you have great communication and interpersonal skills, a Level 1 License, minimum 6 months insurance office experience, and are willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Build customer portfolios
Provide optional coverage quotes
Cross-sell other products provided by Johnston Meier Insurance
Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment
Follow company procedures as provided

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Minimum Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License
Minimum 6 months of insurance office experience
Good understanding of ICBC Autoplan and ability to navigate in ICBC Broker Connect & Policy Center
Batching & billing experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service
Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
Good computer skills
