Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Part Time Bartender and become the heartbeat of our lively venue! In this energetic role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver memorable customer experiences, and keep the atmosphere buzzing with positive energy. Whether you're mixing cocktails or engaging with guests, your enthusiasm and hospitality will elevate every visit. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about the food and beverage industry who thrive in fast-paced environments and love connecting with people.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems , and process payments efficiently through cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service.
Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, assist in serving food when necessary, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods.
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; experience working as a bartender is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting; proficiency in math is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage guests confidently.
Must be at least 19 years old with proper certification (SIR)
