Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, the Sous Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items with creativity and precision.
Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food prep personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards.
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Enforce food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
Serve as a leader during service hours, providing guidance and support to team members.
Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
