Full job description

Join our family-owned and operated automotive dealership where you’re treated like part of the team — not just a number. We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our service department in a versatile role combining automotive maintenance, vehicle detailing, and dealership lot support.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or continue a career in the automotive industry with ongoing training and room for growth.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform basic vehicle maintenance services including:
Oil and filter changes
Tire rotations and seasonal tire changes
Fluid top-ups and basic inspections
Basic vehicle software updates
Vehicle detailing and cleaning:
Interior and exterior cleaning
Preparing vehicles for customer delivery
Maintaining showroom and lot presentation
Dealership lot and property maintenance:
Organizing vehicle inventory
General groundskeeping and lot upkeep, including grass cutting
Snow removal assistance and seasonal property maintenance
Customer shuttle driving and parts deliveries as required
Assisting service department staff with day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license required with a clean driver's record
Ability to lift approximately 40-pound tires
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable and team-oriented
Previous automotive experience considered an asset, but not required
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing automotive service training
