Role Purpose

The Marketing Content Producer is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that supports customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth across AAE Group.

This position produces creative assets for social media, paid advertising, websites, email marketing, podcasts, apparel, signage, print materials, and promotional campaigns across both APEX Adventure Plex and Crazy Ape.

Success in this role is measured by one primary outcome:

Producing exceptional content that drives measurable business results.

This role combines creativity, storytelling, and technical production skills to create content that helps attract customers, strengthen our brands, and support the Growth Marketing Manager's campaign strategy.

Unlike traditional marketing positions, this role is focused on creative execution rather than advertising strategy or campaign management.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing

Produce and edit promotional videos for APEX Adventure Plex and Crazy Ape.
Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Edit customer testimonials, event recaps, product videos and behind-the-scenes content.
Maintain an organized library of video assets.
Produce in-house “Monkey Business” podcast.

Photography & Content Capture

Capture professional photography and video across all AAE locations.
Photograph attractions, birthday parties, corporate events, products, installations and manufacturing processes.
Create content that highlights authentic customer experiences.
Travel to AAE locations and special events as required.

Graphic Design

Design social media graphics, digital advertisements and promotional materials.
Create posters, brochures, menus, signage and event materials.
Design apparel, merchandise and branded promotional products.
Prepare production-ready artwork for commercial printing.

Website & Email Content

Create graphics and visual assets for AAE websites.
Design marketing emails and newsletters.
Update website imagery and promotional content.
Work closely with the Digital Experience Manager to ensure creative assets are optimized for digital performance.

Podcast Production

Edit and produce Monkey Business podcast episodes.
Create promotional clips for social media.
Design episode artwork and thumbnails.
Prepare content for publishing across podcast platforms.

Brand Storytelling

Help tell the stories behind APEX Adventure Plex and Crazy Ape.
Capture content that showcases our people, customers, products and culture.
Support product launches, community initiatives, special events and new attractions.
Build a growing library of evergreen marketing content.

Translate marketing strategies into engaging creative assets that support measurable business growth.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, video production or digital marketing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography and graphic design work.
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar creative software.
Strong video editing skills.
Excellent visual storytelling ability.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Photography and videography experience.
Podcast editing experience.
WordPress or Shopify experience.
Email marketing experience.
Experience creating paid advertising creative.
Motion graphics experience.
Experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow and productivity.
