Full job description

The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Supervisor to join our growing media team. This role blends account management and hands-on digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have agency experience and a background in media planning. Our Digital Supervisors work directly with clients and internal teams to recommend effective media mixes and ensure campaigns deliver on advertising goals.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with internal teams to develop media recommendations, manage campaigns, and produce insightful reporting.
Presenting media plans and campaign results to clients.
Conducting client, market, and campaign research.
Staying up to date on industry trends, developing points of view, and sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders.

You Have:

3+ years of experience in digital advertising.
Hands-on experience in media buying platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
The ability to interpret data and clearly explain your rationale.

Nice to Have:

A general understanding of traditional media (TV, radio, out-of-home).
Digital certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
Experience with website analytics and conversion tracking.
Experience working within a project-management system (we use Basecamp).
A natural curiosity about how things work.

While this role allows for remote and hybrid work, it’s ideal if you are in proximity to one of our offices in Langley, Calgary or Regina, and can attend meetings in person. The role offers a salary range of $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
