We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our Toyota and Lexus Sales Team. This position requires you to stay current with the latest technology and vehicle features. It is a customer-focused position where you reveal the features of brand-new vehicles and teach customers about the technology. The successful candidate will be an outgoing and friendly individual who can provide outstanding customer service and has excellent time management skills.

Full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 Education.
Valid Saskatchewan Class-5 Driver's license.
Clean Driver's Abstract.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in an automotive dealership is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the phone, in the showroom, and online, with a focus on creating a welcoming experience.
Coordinate appointments for customers that align with sales and finance schedules.
Be a technology expert for both Toyota and Lexus dealerships.
Provide exemplary customer service and teach customers features on their brand-new vehicles.
Continuous learning of product knowledge of new vehicles to provide accurate insights and knowledge to clients.
Keep staff up to date on the latest technology changes.
Troubleshoot and solve problems customers may have.
Achieve monthly delivery goals and contribute to the success of the sales department and company.

Ability to demonstrate vehicle features & technology.
Technology-savvy in computers, smartphones, cellphones, Bluetooth & social media.
Be highly organized and self-motivated.
