Job Summary

Bryson Enterprise is a retail store in Groceries, Confectionary, Hardware and Lumber . Operating since 2013 in Fond Du Lac, Sk. We are seeking a versatile and reliable Clerk/Stocker/Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or food service are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and team communication. The Clerk/Stocker/Food Service Worker plays a vital role in creating an inviting shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and well-stocked store.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience
Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain proper product displays following merchandising standards
Organize merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and signage
Operate cash registers and handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the store, including cleaning shelves, work areas, and food service stations
Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good condition
Support food service operations by preparing and serving food items while adhering to safety standards
Serve confectionary which includes cappuccino , slush, nachos and donuts.
Manage inventory levels by receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock checks
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and improve store operations
Ensure safety protocols are followed in all aspects of stock/food handling and store maintenance

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, stocking, or food service is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and store organization best practices
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining stock levels, store presentation and cleanliness
Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
Basic cleaning skills to ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
Reliable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $2,600.00 per month
