Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency with office software, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support
Provide excellent customer service support to clients and visitors
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and administrative procedures
Clerical experience in an office setting; medical or dental office experience is a plus
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Knowledge of filing systems and general office procedures
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
