We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing consumer products company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while supporting strategic planning, operational decision-making, pricing, forecasting, manufacturing performance, and business growth initiatives.

This is more than a traditional FP&A role. You'll act as a key business partner across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales, helping leadership make better decisions through data, analysis, and financial insight. What You'll Be Doing

Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Develop financial models that support business planning and decision-making
Build dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility across the organization
Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to analyze productivity, capacity, costing, inventory, and operational performance
Support demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics
Analyze customer, channel, product, and regional performance
Support pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability initiatives
Transform complex data into clear recommendations for leadership
Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, operations finance, or commercial finance
Experience within manufacturing, food production, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, or distribution environments is strongly preferred
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, and scalable analytical processes
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
CPA, CFA, or progress toward a professional designation is considered an asset
