Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Event Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging with potential customers, and driving event participation through effective promotion strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop marketing skills and gain experience in event management and customer engagement. A background in food service, marketing, or sales is a plus, along with excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply. The Event Promoter will play a key role in creating memorable experiences that connect our brand with the community.

Responsibilities

Promote upcoming events through various channels including social media, on-site engagement, and community outreach
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers
Engage with event attendees to generate interest and answer questions about the brand or products
Distribute promotional materials and samples effectively to maximize outreach
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution and meet promotional goals
Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events and promotional strategies
Represent the company professionally at all times, embodying brand values and maintaining a positive image

Skills

Previous experience in food service, marketing, or sales is advantageous but not required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach broader audiences effectively
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits
Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to engaging potential customers
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple promotional activities simultaneously
