At Blackrose Whiskey Club, bartenders are more than drink makers — they are hosts, guides, and the heartbeat of the guest experience. We’re looking for a service-driven bartender who thrives on creating memorable moments, building genuine guest connections, and delivering polished yet approachable hospitality in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service to every guest from first greeting to final goodbye
Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere
Confidently guide guests through our whiskey collection, cocktails, beer, and food offerings
Build rapport with regulars and first-time guests alike, making every visit feel personal
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solution-focused communication

Bar Service & Operations

Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with consistency and care
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar at all times
Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system
Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations

Brand Representation

Represent the Blackrose brand with confidence, polish, and professionalism
Uphold our standards for hospitality, presentation, and service excellence
Contribute to a fun, positive, and respectful team culture

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service mindset — you genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Whiskey or cocktail knowledge is an asset (training provided for the right attitude)
Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-driven
SIRS certification
Evening, weekend, and event availability
