Full job description

RIMEX is the leading custom manufacturer of all off road wheel and rim assemblies. RIMEX’s primary markets include mining, forestry, agriculture and industrial equipment, specializing in haul trucks and loaders. RIMEX also offers a full range of complementary products to match their wheel counterparts.

We have a Full Time position available for an experienced Receptionist to join our Saskatoon operation.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
Maintain and update office records, documents, databases, and contact lists.
Order, receive, and monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and preparation of documents and correspondence.
Provide administrative support to staff and departments as required.
Support the Office Administrator with daily operational and administrative activities.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information, employee records, and business documents.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
