Enrollment Coordinator (Partly Remote with Saturday Desk Duties)

$20.00 – $25.00/hour

About Epic Dance Complex

At Epic Dance Complex, our core values—Empower, Purpose, Inspire, and Community—shape every interaction we have with families and dancers. We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Enrollment Coordinator to be the friendly, professional face of our studio, both remotely and in person.

Role Overview

As the Enrollment Coordinator, you will confidently connect with parents and prospective students, ensuring a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule trial classes and register new students efficiently and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date records in our enrollment database and CRM.
Provide timely follow-ups that empower families to take the next step.
Work remotely during late afternoons and evenings, answering questions and booking trials while the studio owner is teaching.
Cover the front desk on Saturdays, delivering assured, friendly service and representing our studio values.
Collaborate with the team for enrollment goals and participate in meetings and training.
Assist with studio events such as dress rehearsal, recital, picture day, VIP enrollment, sidewalk sale, studio parties, parade, etc.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Respond to parent inquiries within 24 hours during scheduled hours.
Achieve high conversion rates from inquiries to trial bookings and registrations. Maintain accurate and updated enrollment data.
Communicate clearly and confidently, reflecting the studio’s culture.
Achieve high conversion rates from inquires to trial booking and registration (70% inquires to trial booking 80% trial to enrolled)
Maintain accurate and updated leads, trials and enrollment data in CRM and studio software
Maintain daily communication responsiveness via Slack and Asana to ensure smooth operational flow
Communicate clearly and confidently with inquiries/leads and families, reflecting studio culture

Schedule & Hours

Partly remote work during late afternoons and evenings (flexible hours).
In-person front desk duties Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Approximately 15 – 20 hours per week.
Attendance at special events during the years (studio parties, recital, rehearsals, etc) to assist with admin of event
