Da Savory Spoon is looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Food & Beverage Server to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests, present menus and provide attentive and courteous service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly while checking on guests throughout their dining experience.
Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations when requested.
Prepare and present bills and process payments accurately.
Set, clear, clean and reset tables for incoming guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations and other front-of-house areas throughout the shift.
Restock cutlery, napkins, glassware and other service supplies as required.
Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking and preparing the dining area for the next service.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Follow restaurant policies, food-safety procedures and responsible alcohol-service requirements.

Requirements:

Previous serving or customer-service experience is an asset.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts as required.
Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification is required for alcohol-service duties.
