Market Research Interviewer
Insightrix is looking for candidates to join our Interviewing Team as a Market Research Interviewer. As an Interviewer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on various exciting research projects, from telephone surveying to street intercepts!
BILINGUAL OR MULTILINGUAL? We are actively seeking candidates fluent in French, Cree, Dene, Dakota, and other Indigenous languages and offer a wage premium!
This casual position allows you to work up to 40 hours per week according to your availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
We provide comprehensive training and continuous support to ensure you’re confident in your position. We allow interviewers to work from home and have the option to work at our 2 nd Ave office.

Requirements
Use of own equipment and hardware (software provided).
Dedicated workspace at home without interruption.
Call centre or customer service experience is considered an asset.
Responsibilities :
Reaching selected individuals by phone to participate in research studies over the phone.
Ensure data is collected to quality assurance standards.
Participating in field projects such as intercept surveys and marketing campaigns.
Skill Set :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and being comfortable interacting with the public.
We offer a competitive starting wage of $15.40/hour, attractive benefits and bonus plans with the opportunity for wage increases after three months!
