Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Social Media Content Creator at ODS, you will be the primary production engine behind our client accounts. You will own the day-to-day creation of content — writing captions, designing graphics, capturing on-location photos and footage, and ensuring every post looks and sounds like the brand it represents.
You are not just posting for the sake of posting. You understand that every piece of content is a business decision. You research, you plan, you execute, and you refine based on performance data.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-growing agency. You will work across multiple client industries — esthetics, trades, retail, healthcare, food and beverage, and more. No two days look the same.
Duties
+ Write compelling, on-brand captions for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
+ Design branded static graphics, Story templates, and Reel covers using Canva or Adobe tools
+ Script and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style clips) using CapCut or Premiere
+ Photograph and film on-location at client businesses — product shots, team photos, behind-the-scenes
+ Develop and execute monthly content calendars for 10-25 client accounts
Strategy & Research
+ Research client industries, trends, and competitor accounts to inform content strategy
+ Develop hashtag strategies and optimize posting schedules for each platform
+ Contribute to brand intake reviews and content briefs for new clients
+ Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and best practices
Qualifications
Required
+ 2+ years of hands-on social media content creation experience
+ Experience at a marketing or social media agency
+ Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
+ Proficiency in Canva (advanced templates, brand kits)
+ Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and ad reporting
+ Basic to intermediate video editing (CapCut, Reels, short-form)
+ Comfortable photographing and filming on-location
+ Photography or videography training
+ Willingness and ability to travel (valid drivers license)
+ Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM tools
+ Highly organized; able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
+ Understanding of Google Analytics or UTM tracking
+ Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
+ French language skills (bonus)
