Enercare Experts at Home/UTG, is seeking an experienced and dedicated 313D Technician to join our team in Woodbridge. The successful, experienced, confident and modern candidate will be responsible for providing high performance service and best advice to our customers, ensuring their homes are comfortable and safe.

PLEASE NOTE: A 313D LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.

Key Responsibilities:

Care - how you work, how you communicate and how professional you are - be technically capable and customer centric.

Represent our district in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner; you are a proud ambassador for our company.

Perform advanced diagnostics on HVAC equipment, residential Water Heaters and HP systems, etc.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

Communicate with clients to explain system issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Educate and promote the value of Enercare’s products, services and programs.

Stay updated on the latest HVAC and water heater technologies and best practices.

Required Certifications & Qualifications:

4+ years of field experience in service of HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps
G Driver’s License
313D
Gas Fitter 2
Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP)
Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting refrigeration equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
A valid Class G Driver’s license
Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts (weekend availability is a must)
Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position, i.e., occasional lifting of 25 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather
Experience with generating HVAC leads and enrolling customers in new service plans is an asset
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
