Company Overview

TJP Labs is a leading Healthcare Manufacturing company dedicated to producing and distributing high-quality medical products. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient operations of our healthcare manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

Material Handling:

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of materials and products, verifying accuracy against shipping documents.
Safely and efficiently move materials to designated storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
Utilize warehouse management systems (NetSuite) to locate items and update inventory records.

Inventory Management:

Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Help maintain organized storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of products.

Quality Control:

Assist in inspecting products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of products to meet quality standards.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelving, storage areas, and workspaces.
Collaborate with team members to optimize space utilization and promote a safe working environment.

Team Support:

Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve daily tasks and goals, fostering a positive and cooperative atmosphere.
Assist in training new warehouse associates as needed.

Health and Safety:

Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating practices.
Report any safety hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Physical ability to lift and move items of varying weights and sizes.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing warehouse needs and processes.
