MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

incoming resin inspection and associated records.

incoming colourant inspection and associated records.

monthly audit of incoming resin received in Gaylord”s

1st off approval and updating sample retention.

preparing capability charts for C of A’s.

preparing and maintaining material certificate records.

maintaining filing system.

updating material lot numbers

implement and maintain work instructions and ensure documentation is revised as required.

assist team leader in calibration activities.

follow up product non conformances and update on-hold forms

prepare pre shipment samples as required.
