Full job description

Permanent Part Time-Full Time with opportunity for growth

Four Your Health Studio is an owner operated boutique fitness studio located near Kingston Road and McCowan Road in Scarborough. We take a holistic approach to fitness not only using physical movement to improve one's health but nutrition and mindset as well. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual that is passionate about the fitness industry and committed to providing the highest quality of service to their clients. We are looking for a well-rounded coach who is comfortable being "hands on" to ensure our clients get the most out of their sessions whether they need stretching, mobilization or help turning on muscles that are "lazy". A coach that inspires their clients by being physically fit and practices living a healthy, active lifestyle themselves!

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

MINIMUM: 3 years personal training, small group training, team training or all of the above

CEPT-CPT or CSCS certified

Preferred university degree in Kinesiology or college equivalent

First Aid/CPR is REQUIRED

Have own current liability insurance

Capable of running personal fitness assessments

Experience using corrective exercise to help clients improve physical pain by improving their body mechanics, core strength and posture

Must be comfortable to create short videos of client progress for the studio to use to help market Four Your Health

Demonstrate knowledge and confidence in creating custom personal fitness programs

History of good client retention and have testimonials

Have a strong ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels

Be capable of lifting over 65 pounds repetitively, as if to simulate a typical physical training session

Be flexible with both morning and evening appointment schedules

Available 10-20 hours per week

A desire to learn and grow in the industry long term

Must have access to reliable, personal vehicle

KEY RESONSIBILITIES:

Using an entrepreneurial mindset, grow and sustain a personal fitness clientele

Develop elite level personal fitness programs that are individually tailored to each clients needs/goals

Develop and execute quality personal fitness programs that are tailored to small group training sessions

Build rapport and trust with clients, assist them in achieving their goals and be a positive role model

Starting at $40 per hour but will pay up to $60 per hour for a great coach, REGISTERED KINESIOLOGIST or Athletic Therapist

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
