The Role:

This squad is the core lead generation channel for our growing business—meaning you are valued, appreciated, and critical to our success. We connect with homeowners through neighborhood marketing (door-to-door outreach) — and it’s awesome! Let us show you why.
This is a great entry-level leadership opportunity in a rapidly expanding company with potential for fast promotion. You are a Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager-in-Training.

Build a solid sales acumen foundation.
Receive daily support and mentoring.
Develop excellent communication skills.
Find canvassing will better you in all facets of your life - confidence, financially, develop a sales skill set, cardio, communication, team building, leadership and entrepreneurial fire.
Lead in the Manager’s Absence, ensuring smooth operations.
Help with Admin Tasks, like scheduling and reports.
Assist with Training New Hires.
Keep the Team Motivated to hit daily targets.
