Sevcore Technologies is hiring a skilled Telematics and Electronics Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot GPS, tracking, and control systems on commercial fleets and heavy equipment. Paid travel and training included

We support large fleet rollouts for industries like construction, transportation, and industrial equipment. Our projects involve a wide range of vehicles and machinery, including trucks, telehandlers, generators, backhoes, and more.

We’re growing and looking for skilled Mobile Electronics Technicians to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot telematics devices, GPS tracking systems, dash cams, and related mobile electronics on fleet vehicles (12V–48V systems)
Perform diagnostics and repairs to ensure proper system functionality
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Maintain installation and repair documentation
Travel to client locations as required (travel costs fully covered)
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in mobile electronics installation (preferred)
Strong understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment electrical systems (12V–48V)
Experience with CAN bus systems and OBD-II protocols (an asset)
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, soldering, and diagnostic software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
MECP Certification (an asset)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)

Pay: $28.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
