Collection Équinoxe delivers a premium residential experience where design, comfort, and hotel-style service meet. Located in the heart of Ottawa, The Met stands out for its elevated common areas, refined lifestyle offering, and a leasing experience tailored to a discerning clientele.

Role Summary

As the primary point of contact, you are the ambassador of the Equinoxe experience. You turn tours into “must-have” moments and manage the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry to lease signing—while providing polished, proactive, and detail-driven follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing

Welcome prospects and deliver personalized tours (amenities, suites, services).
Identify needs, recommend the best unit, and clearly communicate The Met’s unique value.
Manage leads end-to-end: appointments, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and conversion.
Support occupancy goals through a strong sales mindset and consistent execution.

Guest Experience

Provide a high-touch, professional service experience across all channels.
Communicate quickly and clearly throughout the leasing journey.
Represent the Equinoxe brand with professionalism, poise, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Fluency in French & English is required (spoken and written).
2–3 years of relevant experience: residential leasing, consultative sales, luxury hospitality, or premium service.
Strong communication, persuasion, organization, and time-management skills.
Comfort with systems/tools (CRM/ERP, Microsoft 365; Yardi is an asset).
Flexible availability (some evenings/weekends as needed).

En tant que premier point de contact, vous êtes l’ambassadeur(drice) de l’expérience Équinoxe. Vous transformez chaque visite en coup de cœur et gérez le cycle complet de location — de la première demande jusqu’à la signature du bail — avec un suivi rigoureux, chaleureux et professionnel.

Responsabilités

Vente & location

Accueillir les prospects et réaliser des visites personnalisées (espaces communs, unités, services).
Qualifier les besoins, recommander l’unité idéale et présenter la valeur distinctive de The Met.
Assurer la gestion des prospects : relances, rendez-vous, suivi et conversion.
Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs d’occupation et de location.

Expérience client

Offrir un service haut de gamme, courtois et constant (en personne, téléphone, courriel).
Assurer une communication rapide, claire et soignée tout au long du parcours locatif.
Représenter la marque Équinoxe avec professionnalisme, élégance et souci du détail.

Profil recherché

Bilinguisme (français/anglais) obligatoire, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente : location résidentielle, vente consultative, hôtellerie haut de gamme ou service premium.
Excellente communication, sens du service, persuasion, rigueur administrative, gestion des priorités.
À l’aise avec les outils informatiques (CRM/ERP, Office 365; Yardi est un atout).
Disponibilité flexible (certains soirs et fins de semaine selon l’achalandage).
