Labourer (Millwright Apprentice Opportunity)

K-Indu Ltd. is looking for a motivated, dependable Labourer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in the trades.

Successful candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn may be offered the opportunity to begin a Millwright Apprenticeship after successfully completing their probationary period.

Responsibilities

Assist millwrights and welders with installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate basic hand and power tools.
Perform general shop and job site labour as required.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Physically able to perform manual labour and lift up to 50 lbs.
A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required.
A valid Class 3 driver’s licence or higher is considered an asset.
A clean driver’s abstract is required.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Previous construction, industrial, mechanical, or agricultural experience is an asset but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
