Aperçu
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) intermédiaire organisé(e), proactif(ve) et autonome pour soutenir nos opérations à Sept-Îles, QC. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans la coordination des activités administratives quotidiennes, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration des processus et au soutien des équipes.

Ce poste nécessite une excellente capacité de multitâche, de gestion des priorités et de collaboration dans un environnement dynamique

Responsabilités

Fournir un soutien administratif, notamment la gestion d’agendas, la planification de réunions et la coordination d’événements.
Gérer les communications (courriels, appels téléphoniques, et distribution du courrier)
Préparer, réviser et organiser des documents, rapports et présentations
Assurer la gestion des dossiers et des systèmes de classement
Coordonner les activités administratives et la gestion des fournitures
Participer à des projets spéciaux (collecte, compilation et suivi des donnéess)
Prioriser efficacement les tâches dans un environnement multitâche
Identifier les enjeux administratifs et les porter à l’attention des parties concernées au besoin
Maintenir la confidentialité des informations sensibles
Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour assurer une communication fluide

Qualifications

Bilinguisme requis: français et anglais (nécessaire pour communiquer avec des partenaires, des clients et des équipes internes situés à l’extérieur du Québec)
Expérience pertinente dans un rôle administratif de niveau intermédiaire
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) ainsi que des systèmes de messagerie
Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec une supervision limitée
Fort sens du service à la clientèle et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles
Capacité à traiter des renseignements confidentiels avec professionnalisme

Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant (Intermediate) to support operations in Sept-Îles, QC. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative coordination while supporting team efficiency and contributing to process improvements.

This position requires strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and event coordination
Manage communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate filing systems and records
Coordinate office activities and manage supplies
Support special projects involving data compilation and tracking
Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Identify issues and escalate when necessary
Handle confidential information with discretion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication

Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English (required) to support communication with internal and external stakeholders
Relevant experience in an intermediate-level administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently with moderate direction
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information
