Votre rôle
· Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problématiques techniques complexes.
· Agir comme référence technique auprès de l'équipe.
· Documenter les interventions dans nos outils de gestion.
· Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, serveurs et équipements réseau.
· Participer aux projets de migration Microsoft 365 et de modernisation des infrastructures.
· Administrer Microsoft 365, Windows Server et Microsoft Entra ID.
· Déployer et optimiser des solutions de sauvegarde et d'infrastructure.
· Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des environnements TI des clients.
· Effectuer des déplacements occasionnels chez les clients.

Expérience
· Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en informatique
· Expérience en environnement PME ou MSP (atout important)
· DEC, AEC ou expérience équivalente

Your Role
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for the team.
- Document all work performed using our management tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network equipment.
- Participate in Microsoft 365 migration projects and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Deploy and optimize backup and infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clients' IT environments.
- Travel occasionally to client sites.

What We're Looking ForExperience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience in an SMB or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (a significant asset)
- DEC, AEC, or equivalent education and/or experience
