ABOUT US

David St. Jean Real Estate Group is one of Edmonton's most active real estate teams, with 25 agents supported by a tight, well-organized administrative core. We run on clear systems, documented processes, and real training — you won't be left to figure things out alone. Our admin team is small, valued, and central to everything the team does.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking to add a meticulous Client Care & Listing Coordinator to own the listing process from signed agreement to sold sign. This role suits someone who treats accuracy as non-negotiable, takes the reins on their own workload, and is comfortable being the primary point of contact by phone, text, and email — clear, frequent communication isn't a side task here, it's the core of the job. You'll be the communication hub between our sellers, agents, photographers, and showing services — the person who makes sure nothing slips.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Listings & Sellers

Gather listing info, RPR reports, and supporting documentation
Schedule listing photography
Post and maintain listings on social channels, including Facebook Shop
Book showings and collect feedback
Keep sellers updated with proactive communication
Prepare bi-weekly seller performance reports
Order condo documents as needed
Maintain accurate seller records in the CRM
Prepare CMAs as required
Complete, scan, file, and follow up on documents and appointments
Report daily task completion through team systems

Open Houses

Plan and schedule weekly open houses, including brochures, flyers, and supplies

Agent & Office Support

Assist agents with offer prep and paperwork
Manage sign inventory, maintenance, and office upkeep
Attend software training sessions (1–2x/year)
Cross-train on transaction processing, with growth into full transaction coordination

SCHEDULE

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, in our Edmonton office.

WHAT YOU HAVE

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication — you keep people informed before they have to ask
The ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take personal ownership of your work
A professional, positive presence with clients and teammates
Administrative or customer service experience (real estate experience is a strong asset but not required — we train)
Comfort learning new software quickly; additional languages are an asset
