About the Role:

As a Solar Service Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of Alberta’s renewable energy boom, installing residential solar systems with a team of skilled professionals. This is a physically active role requiring comfort with heights, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair solar panels, racking, and electrical components on residential rooftops
Follow safety protocols, including fall protection and PPE requirements
Assist installers with install work
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Travel outside Edmonton to complete projects if needed

What You Bring:

✔ Reliable transportation – If you can get to work consistently, this is a great paying opportunity

✔ Fall Protection Certification – Safety is our priority
✔ Comfort with Heights & Outdoor Work – Work on rooftops in varying weather conditions
✔ Physical Stamina – Lift up to 60 lbs., climb ladders, and perform labor-intensive tasks
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
✔ Commitment to Safety & Quality Workmanship

Preferred (Not Required):

➕ Experience in solar, roofing, or construction
➕ Basic understanding of Solar and electrical systems
➕ CPR/First Aid Certification
