Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our office, taking part in sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, sales experience, proficiency in various office software, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining proper phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
Handle filing and organization of documents to maintain an orderly office environment.
Utilize Google Workspace for various tasks such as creating spreadsheets, and documenting information accuratel.
Support customer needs by addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients effectively.
Assist with sales, in person and online, while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with management and co-workers to insure smooth sales and office operations.
Assist in creating clear delivery and service call cards for drivers daily.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment; prior clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
Proficiency in (Word and Excel) from Google Workspace applications, alongside the ability to learn new softwares.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal; strong phone etiquette is essential.
Experience in customer service or support roles
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Sales experience required
