We are currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Slave Lake Chrysler, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate service estimates, and ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. Your goal is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by offering expert advice, managing service appointments, and overseeing the entire service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assess their service needs.
Clearly explain repair options, pricing, and timelines to customers.
Prepare accurate service estimates and coordinate necessary repairs.
Monitor the progress of repairs and communicate updates to customers.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Promote products and services that are in line with customer needs.
Manage customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure services are performed to manufacturer standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service is completed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Knowledge of dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is an asset.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
