Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and customer service, with the ability to create stylish, personalized looks for clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a friendly environment while building lasting client relationships. A strong focus on sanitation, communication, and retail sales is essential to ensure a safe and satisfying experience for all clients.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to each client's preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools according to health regulations.
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they feel valued and understood throughout their visit.
Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the salon and supporting team members as needed.

Qualification

Proven experience in hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon environment.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus.
A friendly attitude, team-oriented mindset, and dedication to providing an outstanding client experience.
1 to 3 years of experience .

Offering

55% commission

Pay: $20.00-$48.00 per hour
