What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist at CTC, you’ll be part of a passionate team empowering clients in their recovery and independence. Your role includes:

Personalized Rehabilitation – Assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans for home, community, and inpatient settings, focusing on functional independence and goal achievement.
Innovative Solutions – Implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and ergonomic strategies to maximize function and mobility.
Client & Family Education – Provide guidance on daily living activities (ADLs), injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies for long-term success.
Collaborative Care – Work closely with healthcare professionals, case managers, and claims specialists to ensure seamless client care.
Lifelong Learning – Stay current with clinical research, evolving rehabilitation techniques, and industry advancements to provide evidence-based therapy.

Your Qualifications

Registered Occupational Therapist in British Columbia (or eligible for registration).
Passion for community rehabilitation, functional recovery, and patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse healthcare settings.
