SR. Account Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. This pivotal role involves managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, business development experience, and a proven track record in B2B sales. As a senior member of our team, you will leverage your leadership and communication skills to foster long-term client success and contribute to our company's overall objectives.

Job Summary:

Overall summary of responsibilities and expectations of the position will be to manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across assigned accounts.

The Sr. Account Manager will always be professional and presentable with the understanding they are a representative of ATTA Elevators and have a responsibility to uphold and maintain that image to the best of their abilities. This position reports directly to Preet Binning, Regional VP

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

Manage a portfolio of high‑value and strategically important accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and long‑term retention.
Attend sales meetings to provide insight on market trends, competitive activity, and progress toward sales targets.
Conduct detailed walkthroughs for Maintenance and Modernization surveys, identifying opportunities and preparing accurate assessments.
Manage changes, cancellations, and adjustments to sales orders, ensuring timely communication with all relevant departments.
Demonstrate strong technical understanding of ATTA Elevators’ services and effectively communicate value propositions to clients at all levels.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Inside Sales, Service, Operations, and Project Coordination—to support seamless project execution.
Monitor order status and project timelines, proactively addressing issues to ensure commitments to clients are met.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation tailored to client needs.
Maintain a robust pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and client activity within the CRM system.
Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and industry learning to stay current with best practices and market developments.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within construction, industrial services, or a technical field.
Must have previous elevator contracting account management experience
Proven ability to manage complex accounts, longer sales cycles, and technically detailed offerings.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand pricing structures, project scopes, and financial considerations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders (estimators, project managers, directors, owners).
Ability to work independently in the field and manage a geographically dispersed customer base.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
