Location: Surrey, BC
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 based on experience

We’re looking for a Senior Content & Social Media Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of our digital storytelling from video production and social media to campaign strategy and lead generation. This is a hands-on role where initiative, problem-solving, and follow-through matter as much as creativity.

What You’ll Do

Create & Repurpose Content

Turn blogs, videos, and campaigns into new, performance-optimized formats.
Write and edit compelling copy for websites, social media, and newsletters.
Keep brand tone consistent and align with marketing strategy.

Video Production & Storytelling

Plan, film, and edit short and long-form videos for education, marketing, and advertising.
Build a high-quality content library that supports sales and brand growth.
Serve as a confident on-camera host for product features, tutorials and behind-the-scenes stories.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage and execute content calendars using Canva, Adobe, and similar tools.
Develop visuals, reels, and carousels that drive attention and engagement.
Optimize posts for visibility and conversion using SEO and AI-driven insights.
Monitor comments and direct messages, identify customer intent and respond according to brand guidelines.

Business Development & Brand Growth

Research new partnership opportunities and assist with outreach initiatives.
Work directly with our influencer network and affiliate marketers.
Help build and execute HubSpot campaigns that generate leads and awareness.
Support product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.

What You Bring

Five or more years of marketing, communications, or digital media experience, including at least four years directly managing social media for a business or brand.
Exceptional professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proven experience with video editing and social media marketing.
Confident, authentic on-camera presence.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, and major social platforms.
Interest in AI-driven marketing tools and digital innovation.
Business development, partnership, affiliate, or influencer outreach experience is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to learn, maintain, and adapt distinct brand voices across multiple product lines and audiences.
