Full job description

This job is located in Squamish, BC. Signing bonuses will be provided accordingly based on experience.

We are a BC-based commercial roofing contractor that’s been around long enough to know what works - and what doesn’t. We support a variety of roofing systems and multi-family projects; boasting RCABC certification, 20+ years of experience, and we are one of the largest roofing contractors in BC and throughout the Sea-to-Sky corridor. We are looking for experienced roofers with 2-ply SBS roofing experienc to support our growing team.

The people who do well here are the ones who take their work seriously, are reliable, show up prepared, and care about how a roof looks when it’s done. Jobs are planned. Materials are ready. Crews know what they’re walking into before they step on site and we take full-accountability for our work.

We’re adding experienced commercial flat roofers and foremen as part of steady, long-term growth. This isn’t a rescue mission or a short-term push - it’s a place for people who want consistency, fair treatment, and work they’re proud to put their name on.

Install and repair flat roofing systems - specifically torching specialization.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Work on construction sites adhering to safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Perform maintenance and restoration work on existing roofs.
Lift heavy materials safely to prevent injuries.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial flat roofing installation or repair.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
Excellent hand tool and power tool skills.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights.
Commitment to safety standards.
Good communication skills.
Prior construction site experience preferred.
