Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Reggio inspired team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children while possessing strong skills and experience in program planning, developing curriculum and a willingness to learn a Reggio inspired program approach

Eagle View Child Development is a play based program but play based with intention. We use observation and child interest to develop the curriculum and daily activities. A strong skill set in this are is key

This role requires excellent communication skills, classroom experience, and a strong understanding of early childhood education and development.

We also encourage a strong understanding in loose parts, natural materials is ideal. Thinking about and supporting a learning space with a strong third teacher lens respecting how the third teacher is an important and key component of our program.

The educator should also be confident in taking learning outdoors and understanding land based learning.

The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's unique learning journey and ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting.

We learning alongside our children and families building a strong community based approach. We are a space where everyone belongs and has a right to quality Early Childhood programs.

Qualifications

Minimum a certificate in Early Childhood Education. Specific ECE
Child safe first aid
Criminal record check
Three reference
Resume showing relative work experience.

Wage details

Starting base wage is $24 plus $6 WIE

Valid ECE number required for WIE

Benefits available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
