Full job description

THE ROLE

We are hiring fully bilingual (French/English) therapists to deliver psychotherapy to Plan Members navigating disability and Return to Work (RTW). You will carry a caseload of mental health files with varying degress of complexity, collaborate closely with our psychiatrists, and communicate clearly with claims managers and insurers to support functional recovery goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to Plan Members in both French and English
Develop and execute Return-to-Work (RTW) and Gradual Return-to-Work (GRTW) plans tied to functional milestones
Document and communicate progress clearly with disability case managers, plan sponsors, and insurers
Collaborate with our psychiatry team within an integrated, bio-psycho-social model of care
Maintain clinical records in compliance with PHIPA/PIPEDA standards

WHAT YOU BRING

Full professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
A regulated mental health credential in good standing (e.g., Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Social Worker, Conseiller(ère) en orientation / membre de l’OPQ, or provincial equivalent)
Demonstrated proficiency across core modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioural Activation (BA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and complementary tools in your clinical toolkit
Experience in disability, return-to-work, or occupational mental health settings
A track record of working effectively with claims managers at insurance companies or plan sponsors, with comfort framing clinical progress in functional, RTW-oriented terms
Strong, professional written communication suited to an insurer / case-manager audience
