What You’ll Do

Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with their insurance needs.
Process policy changes, renewals, payments, and endorsements.
Respond to emails and follow up with clients promptly.
Work closely with insurance companies and our internal team.
Keep client files accurate and organized.
Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
Help clients understand the insurance process with patience and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Organized and dependable.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Alberta General Level 1 Insurance Licence is required.
A back ground working at Guardian Interlock or Smartstart Canada is an asset
