What you'll approximately earn (before tips)
- Standard clean: ~$150 per visit
- Deep clean: ~$220 per visit
- Move-in / move-out: ~$240 per visit
- Post-construction: ~$300 per visit
Larger homes pay more — every extra bedroom and bathroom adds to your take-home on each job. Tips are 100% yours.
What you'll do
Standard upkeep, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleans for homes and condos. You bring your own supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop or microfibre cloths, all-purpose and glass cleaner) and follow a simple in-app checklist your customer can watch in real time.
What you'll need to get started
- 18+ with a government-issued photo ID and a smartphone
- Reliable transportation and your own cleaning supplies
- A home address in our Niagara service area
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (~$55, renewed yearly)
- $2M Commercial General Liability insurance in your name
- WHMIS 2015 certification (we point you to free + low-cost providers)

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment. You control your own schedule, methods, and which jobs you accept, and you're responsible for your own taxes (a T4A is issued annually), insurance, and supplies. Earnings vary with the jobs you choose to accept - no income is guaranteed.
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
