Account Supervisor - Public Accounting Audit & Review Focused
Are you an experienced public accountant ready to step into a leadership role with greater responsibility and impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Supervisor who is ready to grow, lead, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Welcome to our thriving medium-sized regional public accounting firm, where we’re redefining accounting with a fresh perspective and a spirit of innovation. Led by a progressive Partnership team, we are more than just a firm—we are a collaborative community driven by professional excellence and strong relationships.
Inspiring Excellence for Our Clients
As an Account Supervisor, you won’t just be managing files—you’ll be guiding engagements, mentoring team members, and helping shape client success. From small businesses to growing enterprises, your leadership and technical expertise will turn financial information into meaningful insights.
You will play a key role in delivering compilation, review, and audit engagements while supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to firm-wide improvements, primarily within a GAAP-focused environment.
A Day in the Life…
Imagine starting your day knowing your leadership will directly influence both your team and your clients.
You’ll lead audit engagements—ranging from simple to complex—ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage. You’ll prepare and review compilation and review engagement files, applying your technical expertise across a variety of client needs.
Mentorship is central to your role. You’ll review junior staff work, provide meaningful feedback, and support their professional growth.
You’ll also collaborate with management to improve internal processes, participate in training initiatives, and contribute to firm-wide committees and initiatives. As you grow in the role, you may also represent the firm through networking events, conferences, and client interactions.

- You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You can explain complex ideas and findings, as easily as you can collaborate with your team, creating impact and insight with both spoken and written word.
