ROLE OVERVIEW
Napier is looking for a creative, ambitious, and strategic-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives across the full digital customer journey that expand Napier’s reach, drive brand growth, and generate measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who enjoys both big-picture strategy and getting into the details to make things happen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns aligned with Napier’s business, sales, and growth objectives.
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, contests, and brand initiatives with clear objectives, KPIs, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including traffic, engagement, conversions, revenue, ROAS, and ROI, using insights to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
- Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, reach new audiences, increase customer engagement, and drive sales based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
Paid Advertising
- Develop, manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitor key KPIs, analyzing results to optimize performance, maximize advertising spend, reach new audiences, and drive measurable growth.
- Support the development and management of Amazon Ads, optimizing campaigns to increase visibility, conversions, and sales.
Content & Creative
- Identify content needs and requirements across marketing channels, collaborating with creators, photographers, and videographers to build and expand Napier’s content library.
- Create engaging, on-brand content using Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut for social media, advertising, email, web, and other marketing initiatives.
- Write compelling product copy, headlines, captions, email content, and other marketing materials to clearly communicate product benefits, engage target audiences, strengthen the Napier brand, and drive customer action and sales.
- Manage Napier’s B2B content library, brand assets, and marketing resources to support clients in promoting and selling Napier products.
Social Media, Influencers & Partnerships
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create, coordinate, and schedule engaging content across social platforms
- Support influencer and affiliate programs to drive revenue
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities, including co-marketing campaigns, contests, and collaborations, to expand brand reach, attract new audiences, and drive engagement.
Website, Email & SMS Marketing
- Manage and update Napier’s Shopify website, including content updates, page creation, SEO, and ongoing website optimization, to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, enhance the customer experience, and drive online sales.
- Assist with developing and executing email and SMS campaigns to engage customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Support subscriber growth, segmentation, and ongoing campaign optimization.
Public Relations & Events
- Develop and execute digital PR strategies to increase Napier’s online visibility, brand awareness, and reach.
- Build relationships with digital publishers, bloggers, creators, and influencers to generate earned media, backlinks, and referral traffic.
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining Napier’s online reputation
- Support the planning and execution of sponsorships, community events, partnerships, and other brand activations to increase brand awareness and reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key marketing and campaign performance metrics across digital, social, email, website, and paid media.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and recommendations for the Sales and Marketing Director.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in consumer products
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads with a proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth.
- Experience managing and optimizing Shopify or another e-commerce platforms.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut for creating and editing digital content.
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital customer journeys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution
