Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate medical aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare and laser services. As well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As an medical aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise in skincare treatments, laser treatments and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of advanced treatments including:
Facials, micro-needling, dermaplaning, chemical peels.
Laser treatments (e.g. hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation)
Body contouring
Eyelash services.
Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their skin types, concerns and conditions to recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare products.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare regimens and upsell products that meet their skins needs.
Ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, professionalism and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, charting and managing client records.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Uphold clinic standards and client confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, educational, positive atmosphere for guests.

Experience

Medical Aesthetician Certification.
Previous experience as a medical aesthetician is preferred, 1-2 years. (New grads with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
Strong knowledge of skincare products.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, results and guest services.
Experience in sales or upselling products is advantageous.
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, the industry and continued learning.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
