Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead our company's growth initiatives. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, sales, and product management, with a keen eye for analytics and data-driven decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the company's trajectory through innovative marketing practices and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on e-commerce platforms and digital channels.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing initiatives.
Oversee SEO efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic using tools like Google Analytics and analytics insights.
Create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite and manage website content through WordPress, HTML, and other CMS tools.
Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers effectively.
Manage product lifecycle including product management tasks such as positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and support business development efforts.
Prepare budgets for marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.

Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product management principles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
Excellent research skills to identify market opportunities and customer insights.
Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Strong sales acumen with experience in lead generation and client engagement strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for continuous improvement of campaigns.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about leveraging digital channels for business growth while driving innovative marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
