What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will take ownership of your clients, your opportunities and your results.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Guide clients through the entire vehicle purchase and leasing experience
- Understand individual client needs and recommend the right Audi vehicle and ownership solution(s)
- Deliver professional and engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Present financing, leasing and ownership options confidently
- Manage incoming opportunities and maintain consistent client follow-up
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of existing Audi clients
- Proactively identify early renewal, retention and upgrade opportunities
- Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional relationship management
- Maintain strong product knowledge of the Audi lineup as well as our competitors
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and dealership team to achieve individual and dealership objectives
- Ensure every client receives a premium, luxury experience
- Take ownership of your performance and continuously work to exceed your goals
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience is preferred
- Proven sales experience in a performance-driven environment is an asset
- Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills
- Competitive, motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to be present on all digital and social media channels
- Proactive and confident creating video and media content
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Exceptional client service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable with technology and digital communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
