The Opportunity
CBRE is seeking a resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person to provide administrative support in a team environment. This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.
Responsibilities include :
Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as well as tour books, maps, and floor plans.
Perform real estate administrative tasks such as updating databases and files maintaining MLS listings and documents related to transactions.
Coordinate schedules on behalf of sales professionals, and record action items during meetings.
Answer incoming telephone calls and emails confidently to provide answers to general inquiries.
Produce eye-catching social media posts and other communication materials while maintaining the CBRE brand.
Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
Coordinate sales events such as open houses and other industry events.
Carry-out special projects as requested.
What We Require
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education.
Experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals, sales or marketing environment preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, would be considered an asset.

The salary being offered for this position is $50,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
