Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Seal Plumber to join our dynamic team. As a certified professional, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances following blueprints and schematics.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately.
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper assembly of plumbing components within building frameworks.
Follow all safety protocols and building codes to ensure a secure working environment.
Document work performed through detailed reports and logs for project records and compliance purposes.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
Proficiency in HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and general construction practices.
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly processes.
Knowledge of schematic diagrams related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
Familiarity with carpentry techniques relevant to plumbing installations.
Comply with safety protocols and complete daily safety documentation.
