Position: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote (8:30am - 4:30pm MT)
Job Type: Full-Time

Impact IQ Marketing is a fast-growing digital agency based in Edmonton, Alberta. We help businesses scale through SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. We’re performance-driven and client-obsessed. As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a remote Customer Success Manager who can take over a full book of active clients immediately.

This is a client-facing role focused on retention, communication, and organized task management. You’ll be the main point of contact for your accounts, running monthly meetings, keeping clients informed, and making sure every request gets documented and completed.

What You’ll Do

Lead monthly client meetings (prep, delivery, follow-up)
Handle all client calls and emails as the primary point of contact
Track and manage client requests in our CRM to ensure nothing gets missed
Work with the SEO team to route tasks correctly
Follow up with clients proactively and close the loop on open items
Look for upsell opportunities and pass them to the sales team
Retain existing clients whose contract is coming up due
Take over an existing client book immediately

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years in customer service, client success, or account management
Strong background in contract retention
Basic website design/development skills is a strong asset
Sales experience is a strong asset
Confident communication skills over the phone and in meetings
Strong task management and organizational skills
SEO understanding is a strong asset
Experience working inside CRMs (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
Proficient in frequent context switching
Ability to work MST hours (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Ability to manage multiple client relationships at once
