Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to expand our market presence.

Compensation: 100% commission plus residuals on all retained accounts.

The Account Executive will play a key role in representing our company’s solutions across various industries, including technology, B2B markets, and marketing sectors.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound telemarketing, networking, and industry research
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with B2B clients
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects
Negotiate terms and contracts to maximize value for both clients and the company
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and business development strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering appropriate solutions
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, renew contracts, and identify upselling opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
Experience in marketing, telemarketing, or technical sales is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and drive revenue growth
Knowledge of the industry landscape, including customer service best practices and business development strategies
