Snapshot of the Position

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual who is passionate about handling seafood and enjoys working and leading in a team environment. If you are interested in providing excellent customer service, growing sales and being part of the management team at our Newfoundland Drive location, we would like to hear from you. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily management duties performed in the seafood department.

What You’ll Do

Direct and supervise all meat/seafood department functions
Be committed to maintain merchandising and operational standards
Maximize sales and gross profits, and ensuring financial objectives are achieved
Lead, coach and train team members to maintain highest level of productivity and engagement.
Foster a positive environment that is focused on offering Customers an extraordinary experience.
Other work related duties as assigned by Store Management

Your “Must Have” Skill Set

Commitment to Colemans Culture, Vision and, Values
Strong leadership skills and a passion for working with people
Ability to deliver the “extraordinary” service that is fundamental to Colemans Mission
Previous Seafood/meat experience in a retail environment ideally in a supervisory role is preferred

Hours of Work

40 hours per week; day, evenings, and weekends as needed.

What Will Stand Out

Operational experience or equivalent training in a Seafood/meat department is a definite asset.
